  • How is it billed?

    Monthly retainer — typically €2.2k–€8.8k/month depending on cadence and team size. Day rate available for short engagements.

  • Do you build too?

    Yes. Most advisory engagements evolve into build work at some point. You can engage our studio for delivery without resetting the relationship.

  • Is this only for VC-backed companies?

    No. Bootstrapped founders benefit most, honestly — they can't afford to get architecture or tooling wrong.

  • How many hours per month?

    We don't count hours. We commit to cadence — a 90-minute working session every week or two, plus async access.

  • NDAs?

    Standard. Signed before we see anything proprietary. Mutual where it makes sense.
