Run the whole dive day from one screen.

Manifest is dive-centre software by Meta Mind Lab. Log each dive once, and the bookings, payments, PADI courses, gear and the day’s profit follow, at the desk and on the boat.

Why Manifest

Most dive centres run the day from a whiteboard on the dock and a spreadsheet in the office. Manifest puts the boats, the divers and the money in one place, so each dive is entered once and counted everywhere.

How it works

From the booking to the books, one dive at a time.

The booking becomes the logbook entry, the logbook becomes the day’s finance and the invoice, and the reports add themselves up.

  1. 01

    Book

A month calendar runs from pending to confirmed to completed. Walk-ins can be booked before a client record exists.

  2. 02

    Log

Each dive goes into the daily logbook once: site, times, instructor, skipper and every diver with their activity.

  3. 03

    Go diving

Every boat sits on the day’s timeline, with a seat that fills for each diver logged.

  4. 04

    Count

The same day, seen by the office: revenue, levies, commissions, expenses and profit, live.

  5. 05

    Invoice

One click turns the day into income records. Invoices come out as PDFs, per client or as a daily batch.

  6. 06

    Report

The monthly P&L, diver statistics and balances are calculated from the same entries, never retyped.

How it connects

A dive is entered once, and appears everywhere.

The daily logbook is the source. Income, invoices, balances, diver statistics and the monthly P&L are calculated from it.

Features

Built around how a dive centre actually runs.

Levies per diver, commissions per instructor, kit by size, courses by module and VAT on some activities but not others.

The day on the water

The dashboard and the logbook open on the day itself: every boat on a 06:00–21:00 line, with a seat that fills for each diver logged. Morning, afternoon and night dives are told apart at a glance.

FAQ

Questions dive centres ask us.

Something else on your mind? We are happy to walk you through it.

Can Manifest carry our own brand?

Yes. Your logo leads every screen and the sign-in page, in colour and as white artwork for dark mode and photos. Manifest signs quietly in a corner.

Can it run on our own server?

Yes. Manifest can be self-hosted on a server you own, with your own domain and HTTPS. When you move, we bring your data and staff accounts across, so nobody has to reset a password.

Does it handle levies, commissions and VAT?

A levy can be charged per diver and shown on its own line, instructor commissions are set per activity, and VAT is switched on per activity with a rate and inclusive or exclusive pricing.

Can instructors use it on the boat?

Every screen works at phone width in the browser, so instructors can check the day and log divers from the dock. There is nothing to install.

Can you start from our spreadsheet?

That is where we start. We map your workbook, its columns, formulas and tabs, to Manifest, and load your dive sites, prices, commission rates and gear before your first login.

Who can see what?

Three roles, manager, reception and instructor, are enforced by security policies in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.
